Refund Policy
Our refund policy operates on the principle of providing refunds only if we fail to deliver our services after conducting an internal investigation. Customers must submit refund requests via email to Online LegalVakil. Once the company has earned the payment, refunds will not be issued to users due to the time and effort invested by our team in completing their tasks, which are non-refundable. This includes deductions for processing fees, payment gateway charges, administrative fees, and the cost of resources utilised. Essentially, any payments made to government bodies, such as filing fees or taxes, or to third parties involved in processing orders, cannot be refunded.
Ungovernable Factors:
The outcomes of our services are not guaranteed, as they depend on various governing authorities associated with the respective services. This means that rejections, approvals, or responses from government authorities, as well as technical issues with government websites and backlogs, are beyond the control of Online LegalVakil. Such factors may result in unexpected delays in completing processes, and as they are outside our control, they are not eligible for refunds.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of a Force Majeure Event, such as earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott, or any similar event beyond our reasonable control, Online LegalVakil will not be held responsible for any breach of its satisfaction guarantee policy or default under any terms of service. Additionally, we shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of our obligations.
REFUND REQUEST PROCESS
To initiate a refund, clients are required to submit a written request specifying the reason. Refund requests should be directed to Online LegalVakil. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days using the original payment method.
NOTE
Refunds will not be issued for issues resulting from client actions, third-party interference, Court delays, unfavourable. Court orders/judgments, Court closures, or other force majeure events as mentioned. The company reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not adhere to the specified criteria. Kindly be aware that this refund policy is subject to change without prior notice. Clients are advised to periodically review the refund policy for any updates.
